Zin Display is a member of the Zin super family, which also includes Zin Sans, Zin Slab and Zin Serif fonts.Ĭrossfit is a new headline font family, designed by Anita Jürgeleit. Every sub-family has 5 weights, ranging from Light to Black with matching Italics. The complete font family consist of three width proportions (Normal, Condensed and Extended). Another typical feature is a visually narrower connection between stems and strokes. Characteristic feature is a large x-height and balance between neutral construction of letters (strictly vertical axis), dynamic open forms (opened terminals) and sharp instrokes, outstrokes and serifs. The full superfamily includes 54 fonts with 9 weights ranging from hairline to black.The concept for Macklin began with research on historical material from Britain and Europe in the beginning of the 19th century, specifically the work of Vincent Figgins. Macklin comprises four sub-families -Sans, Slab, Text and Display- as well as a variable. Macklin is an elegant, high contrast typeface that demands its own attention and has been designed purposely to enable brands to appeal more emotionally to modern consumers. Designed by Malou Verlomme of the Monotype Studio, Macklin is a superfamily, which brings together several attention-grabbing styles.
